From a simple start:

With broadband or higher speed internet connectivity we can give, at zero cost, the basic features of a switchboard extension. With TT-Zero we provide a softphone with a direct dial phone number. As well as making and receiving calls you will be able to:

  • Hold and transfer to other extensions (with a softphone) in your company - wherever they are
  • Set up “hunt groups” to try each team member in turn, and
  • Callers will get music while on hold

The softphone looks like a picture of a phone on your PC screen. To make calls you can click on contacts in the database, or the numbers on the keypad or you can key in the numbers from the keyboard. Headsets and handsets are available to purchase to connect to your computer depending on your preference.  Competitive call rates apply to external/outbound calls.

To the more evolved:

With an Intelligent Number you can work from anywhere. You can record calls on demand by pressing the * key, calls are then recorded from the beginning of the conversation, saved as a .wav file and sent to your email address. Alternatively for companies with regulation compliance needs, these recordings can be stored on a secure encrypted server.

For people working from home we can provide supervisors/managers with the ability to monitor the remote workers performance, listen in to conversations and provide full activity reporting. Finally we can deliver all of this intelligence to any device, including your existing mobile phone.
