For hosted applications charges are based on either a package price per month or on a per user per month basis. Hardware is an upfront cost. Setup charges apply (usually equivalent to one month's rental). Leasing options are available and can include all up front charges and any hardware required. All charges are subject to VAT.
Since the variety and range of applications required will vary considerably from business to business it is usually necessary to carry out a detailed survey to create a specification for an installation. This may involve an on-site survey for which there may be a charge. Any cabling requirements are in addition to setup costs.
